Neopets Haunted Woods. Haunted Woods is the spookiest place in Neopia. I only visit it to do quests!  
There are shops that sell spooky food and furniture and a variety of games such as Carnival of Terror. In Haunted Woods you can do Edna's or Esophagor's quests. They are not worth the np most of the time though.

Faerieland - Where Neopets Faeries live... (watch out for the dark faeries though!)
Haunted Woods - Enter the spooky forest if you dare!
Krawk Island - Pirates, Smugglers and Dubloons...
Kreludor - Neopia's Moon!
Maraqua - Underwater Paradise!
Terror Mountain - Cold Mountain...
And last but not least, the famous Jelly World!
