How to Get a Krawk. This mini tutorial is going to show you how you can get a Krawk. If you have the money, it should be no problem! 
As you might already know, when you click "Create A Pet" and try to adopt a Krawk it says you can't because you need to discover how to create one yourself. Getting a Krawk is expensive, so don't try it if you can't afford it.
Step One: Make sure you only have three pets or less.
Step Two: Search the auctions and the trading post for a Krawk Petpet. You could also go to the Krawk Island and buy one from the Petpet shop, if you have enough dubloons for it. You will never, NEVER, find a buyable Krawk in the Shop Wizard. That gives you an idea of how expensive they are, right?
Step Three: Name your Petpet the name you want your new pet Krawk to have.
Step Four: Go to the Fungus Caves and have your Petpet eat the Fungus there. It will transform to a fully grown Krawk pet. Where is the Fungus Cave?
There's another way around it too! It might be less expensive too.
Step One: Buy a Krawk Transmorgification potion. Look for it in auctions, trades and maybe in the Shop Wizard, if there's sale going on.
Step Two: Get a basic color paintbrush, for example green or red. These don't cost too much. Try the Shop Wizard.
Step Three: Give the potion to one of your pets. It will evolve to a mutant Krawk.
Step Four: Go to the Rainbow Fountain (right in the middle of the shop area, near the money tree) and paint your Krawk, unless of course you want to keep the mutant. That's it. :)Neopets Help
